Raya Mosaíco Mosaic Stingray

Para mí, la raya mosaíco es el animal más bello del Mediterraneo Occidental.  Es un animal con un colorido, tranquilidad y ojos fuera de serie.  Hacía varios años que no habíamos visto ninguna, y cuando vimos este ejemplar, mi alegría subió varios enteros.  ¡Y estaba a solo 8,5 metros!  La temperatura del agua era 15ºC.  Medía un metro y pico de punta a punta.  ¡Bellísimo!

For me, the mosaic stingray is the most beautiful animal in the Western Mediterranean.  It´s an animal of such coloring, calmness and eyes that are out of this world.  It had been several years since we´d seen one, and when we came across this one, I was overjoyed.  And it was at a depth of only 28 feet!  The water temperature was 59ºF, and it was a about 3.5 feet long from tip to tip.  Gorgeous!
