Nudibranquio Limacia clavigera Limacia clavigera nudibranch

This is the first time I´ve seen this nudibranch, Limacia claviera.  It measured no more than 1 cm and it was difficult to focus it clearly, but its details can be clearly seen:   very long "ceratos", tipped in yellow, a whitish-translucent body, exaggerated rhinophores and a translucent tail with a thick yellow stripe.  The dive was made at the end of April at the northern end of the Costa Brava.  The depth was 45 feet and the temp was 55ºF.

Esta es la primera vez que he visto este nudibranquio, Limacia claviera.  No llegó a 1 cm de largo y me costó enfocarlo bien, pero sus detalles se pueden ver bien:  ceratos muy largos, con puntas de amarillo, un cuerpo blanquecino-traslúcido, rinóforos exagerados y una cola traslúcida con una raya amarilla.  La inmersión se hizo a finales de abril en una zona del norte de la Costa Brava.  La profundidad era de 14 metros y la temperatura de 13ºC.
