I don´t have much luck when photographing tubeworms, but I think I got lucky here. Yes, it´s an animal, and it uses its extensions to trap food, which it then carries to its mouth. It constructs its tube and lives inside it, which affords it protection. A very curious marine animal.
No tengo mucha suerte al fotografiar espirógrafos, pero en esta ocasión tuve suerte. Sí, es un animal, y utiliza sus extensiones a capturar su comida, la cual luego la lleva a su boca. Construye su tubo y vive adentro, el cual le da protección. Un animal marino muy único.
